Our new Technology Support initiative has been implemented with the aim of helping children and students who come from disadvantaged communities and families. Coming from these disadvantaged areas, many children do not have access to basic technology and the internet, thus missing out on crucial educational and career-oriented opportunities. Such discrepancies in opportunity between low-income and high-income families thus entrenches further generations in a lack of opportunity and lower career progress, ultimately perpetuating their position within lower income and socioeconomic brackets. Our program strives to break this cycle by providing children with access to technology, such as computers or laptops, and the internet. In doing so, our program will enhance their school experience whilst providing them with greater opportunities.
