The 2021 Martial Arts Event was awesome!

LBL Charitable Foundation Limited proudly holds the 2021 Martial Arts event; the event is open to all, providing you with the free opportunity to learn martial arts techniques in a safe, encouraging and supportive environment.

Overall, this event has been held to provide a fun activity to teach the participants about ways to improve their well-being, specifically through the sport of martial art.

Although, due to COVID-19, the event had been switched to online virtual classes; however, it remained successful due to how passionate the foundation was about helping improve the overall health and wellbeing of all participants in the event, as this sport has some fantastic benefits for both your health, body and mind.

Martial arts are both beneficial to your body and mind, as it is a talent you can learn that will provide you with a full-body workout improving your overall mobility, strength and muscles, and well-being.

This sport is instrumental in assisting your mental health/well-being through how it provides a means to release built-up stress; it can help improve your quality of sleep and manage your weight.

It even benefits your health by reducing the risk of developing any diseases of the heart.

The art may even enhance your mind as it focuses on completing the sport’s proper techniques and breathing techniques. It introduces your mind to the art of meditation and keeps your mind clear and calm, combating any stress or anxiety the participant may have.
